Day 4: Flu and Facebook

Last night it was cool out, but I started sniffling. After our drive Daniel and I watched what video I had already taken and looked at the pictures I took. We went to bed, but Mrs.Wulff brought medicine for my nose and throat. The nasal drops worked amazingly at first, but in the night my throat started to hurt, I was feeling very hot and my nose started to close again. I tried to be quiet when blowing so as to not wake anyone and wash my face to keep cool.
In the morning Mrs. Wulff checked on me and brought me different medicines to take. She and I ate breakfast together and she showed me the beautiful hotel we’ll be staying in while in Italy. She said we’ll hike some time and relax others while there so I’ll pack some clothes for our trip for the drive.

It is nice and cool out, it rained before so the cool air is making me wake up and relaxed from the heat. I feel better, but still tired and sick so today we’ll all rest so we have energy for Italy. It has been cooler today, but I still feel warm from the flu, I don’t have a temperature though.

Daniel let me use his computer to check my messages. I went on Facebook since he told me I had messages from my mother. He wrote on his p
age, “NEW YORK CITY Girl is finally here and I am so excited :-) THis is gonna be awesome so I wrote a similar message saying how excited I am to be there.

My mother’s message said Squishy will get well soon and the vet bill wasn’t a lot (thank goodness) Afterwards I changed clothes while Daniel went out to buy Chinese food. When we got back he said he wasn’t feeling well and so I should go to the mall with his mom while he rested and showered. Mrs.Wulff and I walked around the mall for a while and she bought Daniel’s birthday present. I asked her what I should get him, but she didn’t know.

On the way back it started to rain a little but the weather felt nice to me. She and I had spaghetti cream and brought small bread buns back to the house. When we got in Daniel wasn’t there. He went to get his hair done. We all ate dinner together and then Daniel and I drove around. He showed me his old job, his old school and a house he almost lived in. When we got back we watched Everwood for a while, but since we’re both sick we went to bed around 11pm.

We’re packed to leave for Italy tomorrow, but if we don’t go yet Daniel and I will walk around Heppenheim.
